We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Trust Services team.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads and actively pursue sales opportunities with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and institutional clients who may benefit from our trust services.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and intermediaries to understand their needs and provide customized trust solutions.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to position the company as a leader in the trust services sector.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs by closing new business, expanding existing relationships, and increasing revenue from trust services.
Work closely with the legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and the successful onboarding of new clients.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars. Promote the company's trust services offerings and position it as a trusted partner in wealth management.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials that effectively communicate the benefits and value of our trust services.
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services, wealth management, trust and fiduciary services industries.
First Degree in Finance, Business, Law or any related field from a reputable tertiary institution
In-depth knowledge of trust services, estate planning, and wealth management strategies.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
