    Business Development Manager

    •  As a business developer, your role will be to drive our company’s growth and market expansion, identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and increase our business revenue.
    • The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker and passionate about driving organizational growth and client acquisition.

    Role Objectives:

    • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities for revenue generation and market expansion.
    • Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
    • Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
    • Conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
    • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
    • Negotiating and closing deals with potential clients and partners, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
    • Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, performance metrics, and key outcomes to the management.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Explore and pursue new opportunities for the company’s growth through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
    • Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients and partners.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new growth opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations for successful client acquisition.
    • Track and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to inform business development strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products and services.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Demonstrable experience as a business developer or sales executive.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends and competitive landscape.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
    • Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies for lead generation and business development.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
