Job Summary

• Crovation Limited is seeking an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our real estate portfolio.
• We are looking for a proven sales leader, not just someone with experience in business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the Business Development team.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly sales activity targets.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, inspections and conversions.
• Coach team members on prospecting, objection handling and closing.
• Develop new business opportunities and referral channels.
• Analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare accurate sales reports for management.
• Personally participate in sales activities and client conversion.
• Ensure consistent pipeline development and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales / business development.
• Previous experience managing a sales team.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Real estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing ability.
• Highly target-driven and accountable.
• Ability to work under pressure.
