    Business Development Manager (Computing)

    Job Description

    • Participate in evaluating and recruiting personnel for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
    • Oversee the tasks and performance of accessories sales associates.
    • Organize and suggest relevant training programs for sales ambassadors.
    • Monitor and redistribute inventory across stores to optimize sales and revenue.
    • Provide advisory support to procurement regarding purchases based on market trends.
    • Conduct on-site field visits and monitoring activities.
    • Assist in sales negotiation and conversion processes.
    • Offer sales support services to both internal and external customers.
    • Customize product offerings based on individual outlet requirements and positioning.
    • Coordinate the deployment and engagement of value-added services.
    • Generate business intelligence reports and analytics to facilitate informed decision-making.
    • Expand the presence of the computing business across various store locations.
    • Play a vital role in the product design, development, and deployment processes.
    • Regularly assess the performance of sales ambassadors and advise line managers on placement, motivation, and promotion opportunities.
    • Provide support for both field and corporate sales functions.
    • Implement price discounts, rebates, and promotional strategies.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline
    • Must have at least 5 years of marketing experience in a similar industry.
    • Interest in market dynamics along with business sense.
    • A flair for negotiation and networking.
    • Negotiation and good presentation Skills
    • Budget Preparation &Business Acumen
    • Working experience in vendor management software.
    • Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures.
    • Solid judgment with the ability to make good decisions.
    • Strong leadership capabilities.
