    Business Development Manager (BDM)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research and analysis..
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Staff, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Lead sales activities, including lead generation, client pitches, and contract negotiation.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve revenue growth.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
    • Prepare and present proposals and bids in response to client requirements or tender opportunities.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify potential threats and opportunities..
    • Track and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, providing regular reports to management.

    Requirements / Job Skills

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
