Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support marketing and lead generation initiatives
• Represent the organization in meetings, site visits, and business engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Commercial Bank or Finance Company
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience managing corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals
• Good communication, analytical, and ICT skills.
