Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Business Development Manager.
• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.

• Strong business development, marketing, and sales skills
• Experience in client relationship management and negotiation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• A proactive and results-oriented approach
• Understanding of the motoring and transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
