    Business Development Lead

    Our client is a world-class servicing company that offers complete Offshore and Onshore solutions to the oil and gas industry.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Build and foster relationships with players and key decision-makers in the sector (i.e., all IOC, indigenous companies, and government bodies.
    2. To follow up daily the activities of the oil and gas industry, especially with NAPIMS, DPR, NIPEX, NNPC, or any new government body to be created.
    3. Ensure prequalification of the company with existing and potential customers
    4. To ensure participation in the bidding process for project prospects.
    5. Follow up on all submitted bid
    6. Follow up on client data base get registered as a contractor with new prospective client
    7. Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with management to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
    8. Ensure all statutory documents are up to date
    9. Ensure validation of company registration with major IOCs and indigenous companies
    10. Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions and build strategic partnership with both foreign (OEM) and local firms.
    11. Follow up new business opportunities and generate weekly report on existing and new business opportunities

    Requirements:

    1. Min of B.Sc./ B.A Degree in any related discipline
    2. 4 - 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry
    3. Experience with local and international oil and gas servicing company
    4. Great business network among IOCs, and international service companies.

    Skills:

    1. Have sound skills in leadership and team management.
    2. A growth mindset, attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic.
    3. Excellent relationship management skills.
    4. Excellent intelligence gathering skills.
    5. Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
