REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the construction or building materials industry specifically, like POP cement, paint etc.
• In-depth understanding of the construction market and building materials industry trends.
• Strong Digital marketing and business development skills, with proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement creative Marketing strategies with results of increased sales.
• Proficient in SEO optimisation, MS office suite, and CRM tools.
• Strong collaboration skills, build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to work as a team and independently with positive motivation and attitude to work.
