    Business Development & Growth Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development & Growth Officer will be the bridge between our marketing efforts and revenue generation.
    • This dual-focus role involves managing our active social media presence and aggressively converting digital leads from sponsored campaigns into enrolled students and paying clients.
    • You will also design, pitch, and execute growth strategies for auxiliary programs like our weekend library and educational resources.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead Conversion & Enrollment Management (60% Focus):

    • Rapid Response: Act as the immediate first point of contact for all inquiries coming through sponsored ads, social media DMs, WhatsApp, and website forms.
    • Pipeline Management: Move prospects seamlessly from "Inquiry" to "Physical School Tour" to "Paid Enrollment."
    • Follow-Up System: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with parents who have inquired but haven't yet registered.

    Social Media & Community Engagement (20% Focus):

    • Content Consistency: Ensure the school’s social media pages are active daily with frequent, high-quality, and engaging posts.
    • Audience Interaction: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly to build a vibrant digital community.

    Business Development & Revenue Growth (20% Focus):

    • Program Driving: Actively market and fill slots for specialized programs, starting with the Weekend Library Program.
    • Product Sales: Spearhead the marketing and sales of upcoming school publications, books, and learning resources.
    • Strategy: Brainstorm and present new viable business opportunities to maximize the academy's assets.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Success, or Business Development (Experience in the education or training sector is a major plus).
    • Tech Savvy: Highly proficient with WhatsApp Business(using labels, quick replies, and catalogs) and major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
    • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be persuasive, warm, professional, and excellent at overcoming objections from parents.
    • Mindset: Self-motivated, highly organized, and driven by targets. You don't just "answer questions"; you close deals.
