This job role is responsible for ensuring effective Distribution, Visibility, Quality and Price conformity of Frutta brands in all wholesales outlet within assigned territory.
Ensuring direct push of 60% of distributor’s secondary sale value and volume through defined wholesale channels within a sales territory.
Job Description
To deliver daily weekly and monthly NIV (Net invoice Value) secondary sales target set.
Achieve a minimum of N5,000,000 monthly Secondary Sales Target
Ensure zero debt ratios in all dealings.
Ensure secondary sales performance growth in NIV and Volume.
Ensure effective once a week frequency call to wholesales outlet in assigned territory.
Visit minimum of 10 wholesalers per day and 60 weekly.
Ensure maximum Distribution, Visibility, Quality and price conformity of Frutta brands in assigned territory.
Ensure range selling to wholesalers.
Ensure zero debt ratios in all dealings.
Monitor performance of wholesalers and submit daily weekly and monthly performance report to FSM.
Submit weekly stock report to FSM.
Establish, maintain and expand outlet base by continually recruiting new wholesale outlets weekly.
Ensure close monitoring of stocks and achieve zero incidence of product expiry.
Keep weekly update with products and competitors activities and report same to FSM .
Qualifications
OND / HND / B.Sc with 2 - 3 years sales experience in FMCG preferably in Food and Beverages with excellent sales track record.
Ideal candidate must be able to drive and sell and also possessa valid driver’s license
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal &written)
Basic arithmetic skills
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain your enthusiasm and energy on the job is essential
