    Business development Executive

    We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Executive to lead high-value accounts and drive the growth of Unique Instruments & Science Co. Ltd (UIS). This role will involve managing complex client relationships, mentoring a team of sales professionals, and representing UIS at key industry events. You will play a significant role in expanding our presence in the healthcare and laboratory markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and develop long-term relationships with key high-value clients, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
    • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
    • Represent UIS at industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand brand awareness and build new business connections.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the medical, laboratory, or healthcare sector.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
    • Proven track record of driving sales, managing complex accounts, and meeting sales objectives.
    • Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team.
