    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a results driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth through strategic marketing, customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and relationship management.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the Bank's customer base, increasing deposits, and promoting our financial products and services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow the Bank's client base.
    • Drive deposit mobilization by attracting and retaining individual and corporate customers.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and financial advisory support.
    • Promote the Bank's products and services, including savings, investment, and loan offerings.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • 4–5 years' proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Sound knowledge of financial products and services, particularly deposits and loan products.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and business development abilities.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving business growth.
