    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
    • The role requires a proactive professional with a strong background in sales, business development, and financial services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow the bank’s customer base.
    • Identify business opportunities and partnerships to expand the bank’s market presence.
    • Promote and sell the bank’s financial products and services to individuals and businesses.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for business expansion.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions for clients.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the bank.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
    • Strong knowledge of microfinance banking, digital banking, and financial products.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
