    Business Development Executive

    Overview

    • A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic planning.

    Responsibilities
    Identifying New Business Opportunities:

    • Researching potential clients, markets, and industries.
    • Analyzing market trends and competitor strategies.
    • Developing lists of target clients or sectors to approach.

    Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads.
    • Scheduling and attending meetings with potential clients.
    • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

    Sales & Revenue Growth:

    • Pitching products or services to prospective clients.
    • Preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
    • Negotiating terms and closing deals to meet sales targets.

    Strategic Planning & Reporting:

    • Contributing to the company’s sales and marketing strategy.
    • Setting business development goals and tracking performance.
    • Preparing regular reports on progress and opportunities.

    Networking & Brand Representation:

    • Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Representing the company in a professional manner.
    • Collaborating with marketing to boost brand awareness.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree / HND qualification in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
    • Indepth understanding of the oil & Gas industry.
