Business Development Executive at Lloyd Philips Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies that drive consistent revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and individual clients
• Track sales activities and report on performance against targets
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities in the roofing/construction industry

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role (construction/building materials industry is an advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must reside in Ajah or its environs
