Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop and implement business development strategies.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports on business development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of business development experience.
• Strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot CRM) for tracking client interactions and deals.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with market research tools.
