    Business Development Executive

    Job Role

    • To drive revenue growth, expand client relationships, and increase market penetration for the laboratory by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer partnerships, and promoting diagnostic serviceswhile collaborating closely with the sites Laboratory Manager to ensure service quality, operational readiness, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth aligned with ISN’s long‑term revenue projection of USD 150M by 2030.

    Must have skills:

    • Sales & Business Development
    • Skills Client Relationship Management 
    • Understanding of Laboratory Services 
    • Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment 
    • Professionalism and integrity
    •  Time management and prioritization 
    • Self-motivation and resilience 
    • Persuasion and influencing skill 
    • Excellent communication (verbal & written).
