Business Development Executive – Institutional Sector at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth within the institutional sector.
• The ideal candidate must have proven B2B sales/business development experience and be capable of building relationships with government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, NGOs, and corporate clients to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new institutional business opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with key institutional clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and participate in tender processes.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular pipeline and sales reports.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in Business Development with strong B2B sales experience (mandatory).
• Experience selling to institutional clients such as government agencies, schools, hospitals, NGOs, or corporate organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Relevant experience in industrial chemical organization is necessary.
