Role Overview:

The Business Development Officer – Humanitarian Aid (HAID) is responsible for identifying and delivering value-driven solutions to stakeholders within the Humanitarian Aid and Development sector. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth through strategic engagement with INGOs, NGOs, UN agencies, and donor organizations. The officer will focus on building strong relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and positioning the company as a trusted sourcing and supply partner within the sector. Key objectives include deepening institutional partnerships, increasing bid pipeline quality, and contributing to the company’s visibility and credibility across humanitarian procurement networks.

Requirements:

•  B.Sc. in related field
•  2+ years in proposal writing, bid coordination, or business development within the Humanitarian Aid, NGO, or Development sector
•  Strong understanding of procurement processes and donor requirements (e.g., UN agencies, USAID, DFID/FCDO, EU, INGOs).
• Must have B2B Sales knowledge
•  Excellent communication & attention to detail
