Business Development Executive
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
- Salary Range ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends to effectively communicate the value of the company\'s products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring swift resolution to maintain positive relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and potential areas for product or service improvement.
- Work closely with the Area/Cluster Sales Manager and the sales team to align on strategies, share best practices, and meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment on client needs and market demand.
