Business Development Executive at Diya, Fatimilehin & Co

• We are looking for talented and motivated Business Development Executives with a background in sales and marketing, and a flair for real estate. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating new business leads across our service lines, targeting both retail and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Generate and convert leads for property letting/sales, management, valuation, and advisory services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Prepare business proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs.
• Monitor industry trends and market intelligence to identify growth areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and seamless service.

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing (real estate experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
