• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Proven 5 years work experience as a Business Development Executive; having first hand experience of growing through the organization in field sales related roles. 
• Strong track record delivering revenue targets, driving business growth and expansion
• Business Development experience in a Banking sector is an advantage
• Relevant professional certification from a recognized body is an advantage
• Apt knowledge of sales strategy in driving business growth and expansion amidst competition
