Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong B2B relationships, and drive sales growth across the FMCG market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded.
