Business Development Executive at Integrated Corporate Services - ICSL

I am currently sourcing for a Business Development Executive for my client into Real Estate and Business Investment.
 
Salary: N1.8 million per annum net pay plus commission

Age: Not more than 40 years.

Qualification: Bsc/HND in related course.

Experience:

You need 4 to 6 years’ experience and also require:

• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Communication (both oral and written) skills
• Creativity and innovation
• Problem-solving and strategic planning ability;
• Excellent quantitative and analytical reasoning
• Confidence, flexibility and ability to cope with pressure and challenges
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is vital

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should:

• Have demonstrable experience achieving a revenue target of N100m and above real estate and business investment.
• To develop long term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational and special interest groups to compile lists of prospects.
• Approach potential clients by utilizing mailing and phone solicitation, making presentations to groups at company-sponsored gatherings, speaking publicly to community groups on company’s product to meet monthly target.
• Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
• Ability to demonstrate approaches used for selling that achieves the desired targets is essential.
• Create awareness for the company’s products.
