Our client specializes in providing training services, job fairs, and conferences. They are currently in search of a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive in Sapele, Delta State. This role is ideal for someone eager to drive business growth and build valuable client relationships in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in Sapele and the surrounding regions
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth targets
• Present and negotiate contracts with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals
• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and achievements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the local market in Sapele
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
