    Business Development Engineer

    • Our client is currently looking for a talented and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our dynamic team.

    Job Overview

    • As a Business Development Engineer, you will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
    • You will leverage your technical knowledge and market insights to establish and maintain relationships with clients, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the oil and gas sector through market research and analysis.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and enhance business performance.
    • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure the feasibility and success of proposed solutions.
    • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform business strategy.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our offerings.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the oil and gas industry.
    • A strong technical understanding of oil and gas operations and technologies is essential.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
