    Business Development & Digital Marketing Manager

    Level: Mid-Level

    Compulsory skill set: Business Development & Digital Marketing

    Summary:

    Our client, a reputable construction company is hiring a Business Development Executive with excellent Digital Marketing skills to join their team. You will be responsible for managing key strategic partnerships, finding, and retaining clients, bringing sales and growth to the company.

    You will also be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, content, social media, and customer relationship management to support the company’s growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for hunting and closing business at all revenue levels.
    • Build, plan and implement digital marketing strategies within the company.
    • Research, create, and execute lead generation campaigns for growth opportunities.
    • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth. 
    • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
    • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
    • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

    Requirements:

    • BSc. in any related field. Additional qualifications will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum 5 years' business development and digital marketing experience.
    • Business development experience in real estate is compulsory.
    • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
    • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
    • Ability to close out sales/deals.
    • Good time-management skills.
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
