    Business Development and Sales Manager

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to drive growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong FinTech background, a proven sales record, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Target clients include medium to large enterprises across diverse sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Master and articulate the value of our product offerings across the user lifecycle.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as financial institutions and technology partners.
    • Lead the sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (product development, marketing, customer success) to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to shape business strategies.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related STEM fields (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum 5 years of proven success in FinTech business development and sales.
    • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in client-facing roles.
    • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a knack for identifying market opportunities.
    • Solid understanding of local and global FinTech landscapes.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Technical knowledge in emerging digital technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain, and APIs.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Established network with C-level executives in industries like FSI, FMCG, Oil & Gas, and Public Sector.
    • Experience managing the B2B sales cycle, including account growth and problem-solving.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and logical skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
