We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Developer to join our team for an ongoing project that is close to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for picking up where the previous contractor left off and driving the project toward its final stages.
As a Business Developer, you will be required to work on-site for the duration of the project.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive value proposition, product offerings, and partnerships strategy to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
Create compelling value propositions that highlight the unique benefits and competitive advantages of the business.
Identify potential partners and develop strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and reach a broader customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of product offerings and partnership agreements.
Analyze financial data, including costs, expenses, and revenue projections, to support business decision-making and financial planning.
Develop community onboarding strategies to acquire and engage target communities, including assessing community demographics, engagement levels, and behavior patterns.
Design and implement effective marketing and communication strategies to promote product launches and drive customer adoption.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics to measure the success and impact of business development initiatives.
Evaluate potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize negative impacts on the business.
Effectively communicate and present business development strategies and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in business development or related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of successful sales and business development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
