Business Developer at Lightning Networks

We are looking to hire an experienced Business Developers within Ikeja, Surulere, Agege, Alimosho, Ojo, Oshodi and Lekki Ajah with an average of 2 years’ experience to create awareness of all our products and assist the Agents in improvement of sales. The promoter should be able to create a positive brand presence and be innovative whilst achieving their targets. The objective is to help new agents with business growth daily, when there is absence of new agent, they shall be assigned to help underperforming agents

KEY DUTIES

• Consistent Agent engagement by empowering them with product knowledge
• Meet daily targets of minimum N30,000 for each agent they sell for
• Actively listening to the needs of customers and building good customer relationship
• Distribution of promotional materials to Agents
• Providing daily feedback on issues Agents/Customers faced to the Business Development Manager for improvement
• Assist in reviving underperforming agents
• Other Sales duties
