We are looking for a Business Developer to join their high-performance team.

Role Purpose

As the Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive suite with the signature brand, identifying new business opportunities and making recommendations, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our firm's overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling and customized proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Build and maintain strong and profitable relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
• Achieve and exceed business development targets by effectively promoting our retail services.
• Keep abreast of the fashion industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and market trends.
• Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements (Qualification / Experience)

Required:

• A degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a similar role in a fashion / retail organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, Collaborative work tools, and Digital savviness.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network and develop business relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced fashion industry.
• Naturally-driven curiosity to benchmark and adapt to new trends.
