Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Business Banker. The Business Banker will be responsible for managing business relationships, identifying and developing opportunities for financial solutions tailored to customer needs, overseeing treasury management processes, and supporting small businesses with loan administration and financial planning. The role also involves providing consultancy to clients on financial products and services that support business growth and financial stability.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and maintain key client relationships.
• Expertise in Treasury Management and Finance, including the ability to analyze financial data and drive effective management strategies.
• Knowledge of Small Business financial needs with experience in working with entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized enterprises.
• Significant familiarity with Loans, including credit administration, loan processing, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable.
