What You Will Do

• At Ubulu Africa, you'll collaborate on developing comprehensive proposals, ensuring budgets and resources align with our objectives.
• You'll design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to provide actionable insights, and conduct in-depth research to support our thought leadership in the digital innovation ecosystem.
• Your role will also involve creating clear, visually appealing documents that communicate key insights, evaluating and improving internal processes, analyzing data for strategic decision-making, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment on key objectives

Skills & Requirements You Should Have

• We're looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in business analysis, with a strong background in developing proposals, frameworks, and conducting research. You should have excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights.
• Experience in document design, including creating professional and visually appealing reports, is essential.
• You’ll need experience with monitoring and evaluation frameworks, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, along with a passion for innovation is key.
