Job Summary

• The Scrum Master/Business Analyst serves as a point person responsible for understanding the big development picture of each sprint.
• They ensure the team is working on the right tasks at the right time.
• They will also be responsible for delivering business-critical insights, and improving decision-making, using a combination of analytical expertise and business understanding.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Liaise with client functions to establish business requirements, and hereafter identify, propose, initiate and lead significant solution development programmes. 
• Business Analytics: Undertake data cleansing and validation activities, to establish quality and relevance to operational requirements. 
• The Position Holder is also responsible for analyzing significant data volume, through the application of statistical algorithms, data mining, and machine learning methods to discover and quantify patterns and trends in the organization’s data.
•  Business Reporting and Dashboard Design: Design and deploy visually compelling OLAP and OLTP online dashboards providing relevant operational and key performance metrics to different audiences, in line with predefined business requirements, to dirve business outcomes.
• Software Development: Designs, builds, tests, corrects and documents (simple to complex) applications / modifications/ iterations for business intelligence and analytics purposes, in line with predefined functional and technical specifications, and using agreed standards and tools, to deliver prototypes, proof-of-concept, and production models.

• Bachelor degree or its equivalent in relevant disciplines

• Scrum Certification
