Business Analyst (Remote) at Axiom PRO LLC

Axiom specializes in providing outstaffing and recruitment services for various industries including IT, Back Office, Support, and Market Research. We offer comprehensive support such as global payroll management, benefits administration, tax compliance, and more, to help businesses establish a global team. Currently, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Business Analyst and join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our partner, a company that focuses on molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, and biotechnology to improve patient outcomes. Our partner operates a certified clinical laboratory that specializes in automated DNA-based molecular analysis of chronic and infectious diseases. In addition, the company is involved in research, drug screening, clinical trials, and academic collaborations to develop complex genetic tests and pre-clinical treatments.

Responsibilities

• Ability to create & modify tables in mysql database.
• Writing stored procedures.
• Doing ER Diagrams.
• Writing adhoc queries for data analysis and export to excel.
• Assisting in Documentation of Software Requirement Specifications.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• At least 5 years’ experience in business analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to build and understand ER diagrams.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Strong knowledge in SQL
• The ability to work with tables and databases.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Fluent English is a must.
