Business Analyst at LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited

Job Summary: 

The Business Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. He/She will identify problems and opportunities within the organization and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for coming up with suggestions based on analysis and providing solutions to daily operations. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Coordinating with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes.
• Performing requirements analysis and user acceptance testing.
• Gathering and analyzing data for potential business expansion.
• Testing business processes and recommending improvements.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelors or Master's degree in business or related field.
• 3 years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
• Proven analytical abilities applications, including Vision.
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.
• Extensive experience with data visualization.
