Business Analyst III

- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to support complex business analysis activities, requirements definition, and solution design for operational and project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Analyze processes and recommend improvement solutions
- Support scope definition, benefits analysis, and risk evaluation of projects
- Facilitate change management activities across business units
- Conduct interviews, document findings, and present recommendations
- Support project managers and leadership in solution optimization
- Contribute to user documentation where required
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis and process mapping
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in MS Office and Visio
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex scoping and business process analysis
