Business Analysts

The Business Analyst is in charge of assessing information technology systems and making suggestions for how they can better meet business needs. Their duties include refining the roles and responsibilities of IT professionals on their team, creating implementation requirements and developing IT plans with stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

They analyze the flow of data and predict what changes in infrastructure will be necessary as the business grows.

Developing impact analyses to establish the complexity of the change.

Creating or significantly contributing to technology enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications.

Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end enablement technology strategy.

Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management strategy & methodology.
