Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to provide analytical support to the Head of Business.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Business.
• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other analytical tools to organize and visualize data effectively.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business performance.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Executive Support:

• Work closely with the Head of Businessto understand their analytical needs and priorities.
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of data to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports based on data analysis findings.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights from various sources.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with the Head of Businessand other executives to ensure alignment and support for business objectives.
• Foster positive working relationships with team members and external contacts.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality and integrity.
• Proactively seek feedback to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of analytical insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
