    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will gather and analyze requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications
    • Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
    • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business insights
    • Support testing, implementation, and user training
