Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business insights
- Support testing, implementation, and user training
