Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.
Active bar membership. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 1 year post-call legal experience.
Understanding of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant legal areas.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to identify legal issues and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
Proficiency in legal research tools, software, and other relevant technology.
Basic time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
