    Business Administration Lead

    Candidate must reside in close proximity to Victoria Island for ease of commuting.

    Administrative & Operational Management

    • Oversee and streamline daily business operations, ensuring internal processes are efficient and effective.
    • Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
    • Supervise office management, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate internal communication and project flow across departments.

    Human Resources & Employee Management

    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a positive company culture.
    • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.
    • Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Implement employee development and training programs.

    Business Development & Growth Strategy

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
    • Assist in the development of business plans and growth strategies for company expansion.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT analyses to identify opportunities.
    • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.

    Proposal Creation & Client Acquisition

    • Work on the creation of business proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients and investors.
    • Support the sales and marketing teams with pitch materials, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
    • Develop customized proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
    • Track and report on business development efforts, identifying areas for improvement.

    Executive Support

    • Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements as necessary.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documents for board meetings and key decision-making.
    • Serve as the point of contact for high-level stakeholders and partners.

    Key Skills & Qualifications

    • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, proposal writing, and operations management.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Ability to work closely with leadership to drive the company's strategic vision.
    • Experience in managing multi-department projects and teams.
