Business Accountant at SaroAfrica International Limited

Duties / Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:

• Daily Posting of Transactions on the ERP
• Weekly bank reconciliation
• Management Account Preparation
• Monthly payroll computation
• Monthly remittance of statutory obligations

Budget and Controls:

• Weekly monitoring of budget vs Actual numbers
• Weekly review of General Ledger transactions in ERP
• Monthly preparation of account schedules
• Alignment of Topline to Expenses
• Ensure adequate financial record in line with the IFRS and Group Finance Manual
• Provide monthly cost update and Management Accounts to the Management Team
• Ensure adequate overall tax administration and management of the business.
• Ensure adequate safety and record of company assets.

Tax Matters:

• Ensure Tax reporting compliance; VAT, WHT, PAYE, CIT etc

Others:

• You can be assigned additional responsibilities or roles as may be deemed necessary by the Managing Director from time to time.
