Job Description

• We are currently seeking a talented Building and Structure Engineer to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. 
• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience and hold relevant educational qualifications in civil engineering or a related field.
• As a Building and Structure Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, construction, and maintenance of building projects to ensure structural integrity, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural designs and plans for building projects in compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct structural assessments and inspections to evaluate the condition of existing buildings.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations to determine load-bearing capacities and stability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and contractors.
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of construction.
• Address any structural issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/StructuralEngineering, Building Technologyor a related field.
• Minimum of 7years of experience in building and structure engineering.
• Proficiency in structural design software and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Age requirement: 40-50years.
• Possession of professional certifications like COREN, NSE, or similar is preferred.
