We are seeking a skilled and reliable Builder/Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. You will coordinate workers, supervise on-site operations, and ensure compliance with design specifications and building standards.

Requirements

1. Education: B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5-10years experience in site supervision or construction project management.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
2. Proficiency in project scheduling and site management.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
6. Certifications: COREN, NSE, or relevant professional certifications (an advantage).
7.  Must be physically fit and willing to work on-site daily.
