Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on project sites.
• Ensure building projects are completed to design specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise artisans, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Interpret building plans, blueprints, and drawings accurately.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Monitor material usage and ensure quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Technology or Construction Management.
• Professional certification from a recognized body (e.g., NIOB, CORBON).
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
