Budget Control Officer at JMG

Successful candidate will assist to monitor, and adjust overall company budget plan and cash flow to ensure that the business remains on track to meet financial goals and deliver on the organization's objectives.

Role

• Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgeted targets and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas of cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies in budget planning and execution.
• Evaluate and recommend financial software solutions to streamline budgeting processes.
• Assist in financial decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align budgeting goals with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven 5-8 years work experience in Accounting, Budget Control, Financial Analysis, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting techniques, and forecasting methods.
• Strong Accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
