    Brokers Sales Supervisor

    • Ability to effectively sell the company's product.
    • Effectiely manage relationship that can be converted as avenue for sales.
    • Ability to hit and exceed targets 
    • Responsible for origination and execution of Brokers transactions.
    • Responsible for originating investment ideas for internal and external clients
    • Supervise Client relationship management, managing clients’ portfolio including sending out proposals.
    • Interface with trading, sales and research teams to offer corporate brokerage services to other cadre of clients
    • Self-starter – shows initiative. High energy, proactive and strong team player. A tenacious work ethic
    • Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable working within a large corporation.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style. Strong PowerPoint/presentation skills for investment cases and teasers. Strong oratory skills.

    SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong technical understanding of financial products and technology platforms with ability to drive revenue effectively through them, leveraging partner capabilities.
    • Ability to see the big picture and develop long term vision balanced with the ability to drive the organization to execute within realistic goals.
    • Demonstrated ability to both maintain large revenue bases as well as growth of new customer bases Demonstrated success in networking and developing deep relationships and alliances with key accounts.
    • Portfolio management proficiency and good knowledge of market trends. Demonstrated accuracy in forecasting pipeline opportunities.
    • Strong active listening skills, consultative style, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to create investment ideas based on publicly-available information: company accounts, industry trends and news items for internal and external clients
