Broker Associate at Elyon Global Shipping Limited

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes.
• Track shipments, liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide first-line customer support through email communications.
• Work closely with the email team to manage inquiries, complaints, and updates.
• File entries and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for operations records.
• Research trade and import requirements to support compliance and operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, import/export regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Administrative Studies or related discipline.
• One (1) year experience in logistics/supply chain operations; NYSC members are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience with customer service and professional email communication.
• Strong organizational, research, and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Preferably female for gender balance.
